About This Product
Commercial Electric's 3/16 in. thin-wall heat shrink tubing is designed to cover wires and cables, shrinking tightly when heat is applied to form secure bundles. Known as single-wall heat shrink tubing, it’s flexible enough to mold to irregular shapes and provides excellent protection against mechanical wear, abrasion, and moisture. Constructed from flame-retardant Polyolefin for added safety, it’s perfect for cable insulation, color coding, bundling, and offering strain relief. Requires a heat gun or other open-flame heating device for installation, but should not be used in enclosed or combustible environments.
