• Push Notification Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for optional push notifications on your devices.

• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Avedson, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text.
• Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Clover) and is never stored on our servers.
• Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• We employ rate limiting, account lockout policies, and monitoring to detect unauthorized access attempts.

While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to choose strong passwords and keep your account information confidential.

5. Data Retention

• Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus three (3) years after account closure.
• Transaction Records: Retained for seven (7) years in compliance with federal financial record-keeping requirements.
• Loan/Installment Records: Retained for seven (7) years after the loan is paid in full or the account is closed.
• Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. You can also update your account information directly through your account settings.
