About This Product
Commercial Electric's 1/2 inch thin-wall heat shrink tubing is designed to cover wires and cables. When heat is applied, the tubing shrinks to form tightly sealed bundles. Known as single-wall heat shrink tubing, it is flexible and adapts to irregular shapes, providing superior mechanical, abrasion, and moisture protection. Made from durable, flame-retardant Polyolefin, this tubing is ideal for cable insulation, marking, color-coding, bundling, and strain relief. Installation requires a heat gun or an open-flame heating device, and it may not be suitable for enclosed or combustible environments.
