Leveraging 2nd Gen AMD Infinity Cache technology, the chiplets benefit from AMD Infinity Links and high-performance fanout packaging to deliver up to 5.3 TB/s of bandwidth. With expanded memory and a wider memory bus, the GPU boasts 24GB of high-speed GDDR6 VRAM running at 20 Gb/s over a 384-bit memory bus.
