Equipped with 16GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a 256-bit memory interface, it offers enhanced performance and power efficiency compared to the previous RDNA-based generation.

Featuring a variety of outputs on its front panel, including DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, the card supports high-refresh gaming and a range of resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K @ 60 fps, 4K @ 120 fps, and even up to 10K. For cooling, XFX implemented a triple fan cooler to ensure optimal thermal management.

The RDNA 3 architecture introduces an advanced chiplet design, new compute units, and second-generation AMD Infinity Cache technology, resulting in up to 54% more performance per watt than the previous-generation RDNA 2 architecture. The chiplet design delivers higher frequencies and better power efficiency, leveraging a 5nm Graphics Compute Die (GCD) and six 6nm Memory Cache Die (MCD) with up to 16MB of second-generation AMD Infinity Cache technology.

The GPU also features an ultra-fast chiplet interconnect, leveraging 2nd Gen AMD Infinity Cache technology to deliver up to 5.3 TB/s of bandwidth. With expanded memory and a wider memory bus, the GPU meets the demands of today's demanding titles with 16GB of high-speed GDDR6 VRAM.

Dedicated AI acceleration and 2nd-generation ray tracing technology enhance performance compared to the previous RDNA 2 architecture. The graphics card supports DisplayPort 2.1 technology, offering increased display bandwidth and enabling high-refresh gaming on next-gen displays. The AMD Radiance Display Engine provides 12-bit-per-channel color and higher refresh rate displays compared to the previous generation.
