Equipped with 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM and a 192-bit memory interface, it delivers improved performance and power efficiency compared to the previous RDNA-based generation.

Featuring a variety of outputs on its front panel, including DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1, the card supports high-refresh gaming and a range of resolutions and refresh rates, including 8K @ 60 fps, 4K @ 120 fps, and even up to 10K. For effective cooling, XFX has implemented a triple fan cooler.

The RDNA 3 architecture introduces an advanced chiplet design, new compute units, and second-generation AMD Infinity Cache technology, resulting in up to 54% more performance per watt than the previous-generation RDNA 2 architecture. The chiplet design enhances frequencies and power efficiency, featuring a 5nm Graphics Compute Die (GCD) with up to 96 compute units and six 6nm Memory Cache Die (MCD), each with up to 16MB of second-generation AMD Infinity Cache technology.

Leveraging 2nd Gen AMD Infinity Cache technology, the chiplets benefit from AMD Infinity Links and high-performance fanout packaging to provide up to 5.3 TB/s of bandwidth. The GPU also features expanded memory and a wider memory bus, meeting the demands of modern titles with 12GB of high-speed GDDR6 VRAM running at 18 Gb/s over a 192-bit memory bus.

Enhanced AI acceleration and 2nd-generation ray tracing technology deliver improved performance compared to the previous RDNA 2 architecture. The graphics card supports DisplayPort 2.1 technology, offering increased display bandwidth and enabling high-refresh gaming on next-gen displays. The AMD Radiance Display Engine provides 12-bit-per-channel color and higher refresh rate displays compared to the previous generation.
