Early American Classic Wood Interior Stain is formulated to enrich the natural grain of interior wood surfaces such as furniture, cabinets, doors, and trim, offering a rich, natural color that enhances the wood's inherent beauty. It applies smoothly and evenly using a high-quality synthetic brush, lint-free cloth, or foam applicator, allowing for easy customization of color intensity or achieving a deeper hue by adding additional coats. The semi-transparent formula ensures that the wood grain remains visible, preserving its natural appearance while deeply penetrating to provide long-lasting protection. Each quart covers up to 150 sq. ft., with a recoat time of just 2 hours to effectively build up the color. Available in a timeless assortment of colors, it facilitates seamless matching with previously stained wood projects. Most surfaces or projects typically require two coats for optimal results, with the option to apply additional coats for further customization. The final coat dries within 4 hours, enabling the application of polyurethane for enhanced protection. For best results, allow 8 hours before applying oil-based polyurethane and 24 hours before water-based polyurethane.
