About This Product
SharkBite Max push-to-connect ball valves offer the fastest and easiest installation for new or replacement water shut-off valves. With a newly designed stainless steel collet retainer, these valves deliver increased strength, durability, and a 250 psi pressure rating. Unlike traditional fittings, SharkBite Max valves don’t require a PEX tube liner and are easier to install with less force. The single lever quarter-turn handle provides quick control over water flow, even in tight spaces. No soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools are needed. Once the pipe is inserted, stainless steel teeth securely grip the pipe, and the O-ring creates a watertight seal. The valve can be rotated after installation for quick adjustments, and removal is simple with a disconnect tool, allowing for easy reuse.
