The SharkBite TER-1 thermal expansion relief valve prevents excessive pressure in closed loop plumbing systems by combining a full port ball valve with a pressure relief valve. Factory set to relieve pressure at 125 psi, it can be installed in place of an expansion tank and is suitable for supply line pressures up to 200 psi. It's designed for both cold and hot water services (up to 180 degrees F), providing a versatile solution for plumbing needs.
