• HOW TO USE:

1. Open package to reveal adhesive sheet and foot pad.
   
2. Place detox foot pad on center of adhesive sheet (printed side facing down).
3. Peel off the rest of the adhesive cover and apply adhesive (with foot pad in it) on clean, dry foot before bed. 
4. Repeat on the other foot and remove upon waking up.
5. Wash off any sticky residue.
