About This Product
Commercial Electric's 1/4 in. thin-wall heat shrink tubing is designed to cover wire and cable. When heat is applied, the tubing shrinks to tightly seal the bundles. Also known as single-wall heat shrink tubing, it is flexible enough to conform to irregular shapes and offers superior protection against mechanical wear, abrasion, and moisture. Made from flame-retardant polyolefin, it’s ideal for cable insulation, marking, color-coding, bundling, and strain relief. Requires a heat gun or other open-flame heating device for installation. It may not be suitable for enclosed or combustible environments.
