The BrassCraft 1/2 in. Nominal Compression Inlet x 3/8 in. O.D. Compression Outlet 1/4 in. Turn Straight Valve is designed to control water flow to household plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, dishwashers, ice makers, washing machines, and more. This straight valve is typically used where the water pipe enters the room from the floor. With a 90° turn of the valve handle, you can stop the water flow to the fixture, enabling maintenance and repairs without turning off the water supply to the entire home.
