Avedson Personal Shopper enables you to create a storefront on the Avedson Marketplace, allowing you to sell items in Micronesia and the U.S. mainland.

 

1.2 Function:
As an Avedson Personal Shopper, you are responsible for:

Selecting product categories from our proposed offerings.

Purchasing items using your credit card.
Managing the logistics of packing and shipping items to customers.

 

2. Account Responsibilities

 

2.1 Product Details:
Accurately input product details, including descriptions, prices, and photos for each item in your storefront.
Ensure product descriptions are truthful and not misleading.

 

2.2 Compliance:
Ensure all listed and sold products comply with applicable laws and regulations in both the U.S. and Micronesia.
Adhere to Avedson Marketplace's policies and guidelines.

 

2.3 Accuracy:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about the products and services offered in your storefront.
Regularly review and update product listings to reflect current availability and pricing.

 

3. Purchasing and Payments

 

3.1 Credit Card Use:
Use your credit card to purchase items from U.S. stores. Ensure all transactions are legitimate and authorized.
Keep your payment information secure and confidential.

 

3.2 Receipts:
Maintain records of all purchases, including receipts and order confirmations.
Provide proof of purchase when requested to resolve disputes or issues.

 

4. Packaging and Shipping

 

4.1 Packing:

Ensure all activities on your storefront comply with Avedson Marketplace standards.

You will be notified of any termination or suspension and provided with the reasons for such actions.
You may appeal the decision by contacting Avedson Marketplace support.

 

8. Liability and Indemnity

 

8.1 Liability:
Avedson Marketplace is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using the Personal Shopper service.
You are responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the service.

 

8.2 Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Avedson Marketplace harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service.
This includes any legal fees and costs incurred by Avedson Marketplace in connection with such claims.
