The SharkBite 3/8 in. (1/2 in. O.D.) Push-to-Connect x 1/2 in. MIP Brass Reducing Adapter Fitting offers the fastest way to connect PEX, Copper, CPVC, PE-RT, or HDPE pipes without the need for soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools. Simply insert the pipe, and the fitting's teeth grip tightly, while the specially formulated O-ring ensures a watertight seal. The fitting can be rotated after installation for easy adjustments and removed quickly with a disconnect tool. It is designed with stainless steel gripping teeth for a secure connection and a chlorine-resistant O-ring for long-lasting performance.
