The 4 in. Atrium Drain Grate is designed to handle moderate stormwater flows from mulched landscape beds, natural areas, window wells, and debris-prone locations. Unlike a flat grate, its raised dome design blocks leaves, mulch, and other debris, while continuously allowing water to flow through. With a 21.5 sq. in. open surface area and a 66 GPM flow rate, it is an efficient solution for managing water drainage. The grate fits 3 in. & 4 in. sewer and drain pipes, single-wall corrugated pipes, and triple-wall pipes for a secure, soil-tight fit. Made from UV-treated polyethylene, it resists fading and cracking over time. This product is an essential component of a drainage system, moving water to discharge points such as pop-up emitters or allowing it to percolate into the ground via a dry well or infiltration trench.
