Efficiently remove excess stormwater from your property while preventing leaves and debris from clogging your pipeline with the 8 in. Round Drain Grate. Designed to fit over a drain pipe or Spee-D Catch Basin Drain, it's perfect for managing light flows of stormwater from small lawns, landscaped areas, patios, and walkways. With an open surface area of 11.5 sq. in. and a flow rate of 35 GPM, this drain grate connects to the Spee-D Catch Basin Drain, 6 in. sewer and drain pipe & fittings, and 6 in. single-wall corrugated pipe for a soil-tight fit. Made from durable polyethylene, the grate is UV-treated to prevent cracking or fading from sun exposure. As part of a complete drainage system, it directs water into drain pipes, where it is carried downstream to a discharge point such as a pop-up emitter or percolates into the ground via a dry well or infiltration trench.
